The workflow was visible in fragments, not in one system.
Logistics teams often track movement across calls, chat, spreadsheets, and scattered updates.
The software direction here was to centralize tracking, status updates, coordination notes, and reporting into one reviewable workflow surface so the team could spend less time reconciling information.
The dashboard was shaped like an operations walkthrough, not a reporting wall.
A useful logistics product needs managers, dispatchers, and field-facing users to understand the same shipment from their own operating angle.
The interface direction focused on route-level visibility, shipment milestones, exception alerts, dispatcher notes, and driver-side task clarity. The goal was to let someone move naturally from overview to issue to action, instead of treating the dashboard like a static MIS screen.

The current stage is demo-ready, with review shaping the next release.
The goal at this stage is to validate the operating model, prove the screen hierarchy, and identify the next layer of high-value features.
That keeps the product grounded. Instead of overbuilding early, the system can mature through live review, role-based feedback, and staged delivery decisions around alerts, reporting, permissions, and field execution.
What this system is solving.
The public case study stays at the workflow level, but it should still show clear software value to a prospective client.
